Neurodiverse Transitional Living Program

Building Independence Through Structured, Heart-Centered Support

Now operating as a live, 12-month supported independent living pilot program helping neurodiverse adults develop life skills, emotional regulation, and sustainable autonomy.

The Gap in Transitional

Living for

Neurodiverse Adults

The Gap

Across the United States, neurodiverse adults — including autistic adults and those with ADHD or sensory processing differences — face a difficult transition into independent living.

Many are:

  • Too capable for institutional housing

  • Not fully supported for complete independence

  • Experiencing anxiety around financial management, daily routines, and emotional regulation

  • Placing strain on families who lack structured transition pathways

Traditional systems often offer either:

  • Clinical or institutional environments

  • Or no structured support at all

The Reality Facing Neurodiverse Adults

There is a need for a supported independent living program that balances structure with dignity. Suivera is piloting that model.

WHAT WE ARE PILOTING:

We are currently operating a 12-month proof-of-concept pilot designed to test a new model of transitional housing for neurodiverse adults.

Pilot Structure:

✅ One Neurodiverse Adult (Age 21+)

✅ One Integrative Life & Health Coach (Can Be a Suivera Minister-in-Training)

✅ Shared or Adjacent Housing

✅ Clearly Defined Roles and Ethical Guardrails

✅ Monthly Reporting and Oversight

This is not therapy.
This is not assisted living.
This is not a guardianship structure.

It's a sovereignty-based, structured relational living model designed to increase independence without fostering dependency.

Real independence doesn’t happen by accident.

It emerges through consistent support, clear structure, and environments where people feel safe enough to grow.

At Suivera, we believe LOVE and ACCOUNTABILITY belong together.

That’s why this pilot carefully observes growth across several areas of life — not to judge or control, but to understand what truly helps neurodiverse adults move toward sustainable independence.

What We Track — Without Reducing Humans to Metrics

Over the 12-month pilot, we measure growth in five domains:

Progress is documented through observation, reflection, and participant voice — ensuring accountability without dehumanization.

A STRUCTURED PATH TO INDEPENDENCE

Each resident moves through a clear, intentional progression designed to support both immediate stability and long-term growth.

From day one, the focus is on creating safety, building trust, and establishing a rhythm that allows individuals to feel grounded and supported.

As stability increases, so does confidence — opening the door for skill development, emotional regulation, and greater personal ownership.

Over time, this leads to something incredibly powerful: the ability to live with independence, connection, and purpose.

Independence doesn’t happen in isolation

It grows when people are surrounded by the right environment, the right guidance, and the right amount of support.

This pilot is showing what becomes possible when neurodiverse adults are given a structured path toward autonomy — not through control, but through relationship, consistency, and dignity.

With your help, this model can expand beyond one home and reach many more individuals and families.

A Model Designed From Within

Built, tested, and refined by the very people living it — in real time.

Meet The team

This program is being created, experienced, and improved in real time by those it’s designed to support.

At the core of this pilot are four individuals working together — not just to make this program successful, but to build something that can truly scale and serve others in the future.

Amber Mikesell - Suivera Founder & Program Lead

Amber’s connection to this work is deeply personal. As a mother of a neurodivergent adult, she experienced firsthand the gap between what exists — and what is truly needed. When the right support system didn’t exist for her son, she set out to create it. This program is born from that journey — combining her decades of experience in transformation with a lived understanding of what it takes to support lasting growth and independence.

Austin Uhl - Suivera Founder & Program Manager

Austin brings a deep background in personal transformation through his work building Suivera and co-hosting The Heart Leader Podcast alongside Amber. He leads the structural and strategic development of the program — working closely with Amber and the participants to shape a model that is not only impactful in real time, but designed to scale with integrity, clarity, and long-term vision.

Angela Rose - Program Developer & Live-In Coach Participant

Angela plays a central role in both shaping and living the model in real time. As a functional health, somatic, and trauma-informed coach, her work is rooted in creating safety within the body as the foundation for healing, self-trust, and healthy connection. She specializes in nervous system regulation, whole-person wellness, and sustainable behavior change — integrating functional health principles, somatic practices, and neuro-informed strategies to support lasting transformation. In her professional work, Angela supports individuals through personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and detox protocols while prioritizing consistency, regulation, and long-term wellbeing. Within the pilot program, she brings these principles into daily life — providing grounded support, building trust, and helping create a stable foundation for growth, independence, and meaningful connection.

Joshua Martin - Program Developer & Neurodiverse Participant

Joshua is actively walking the path this program is designed to support. As a neurodiverse individual in the pilot, he is building toward greater independence — developing the skills, confidence, and stability needed to create a meaningful and self-sustaining life. He brings a clear vision for his future: to be fully independent, build a fulfilling career, form strong relationships, and one day support a family of his own. What makes Joshua’s role especially powerful is his commitment to helping shape this program from the inside. Through his lived experience, he offers insight, feedback, and perspective that ensures the model is not only effective — but deeply aligned with the needs of others on a similar journey.

From Individuals → A Repeatable Model

A system designed through real experience — built to scale with integrity.

A SYSTEM, NOT JUST SUPPORT

Each person plays a distinct role — but together, they form a structured model: Vision → Practice → Transformation This is what allows the work to move beyond individuals and become something repeatable.

BUILT THROUGH REAL EXPERIENCE

This program is not theoretical. It is being shaped in real time — through lived experience, daily feedback, and continuous refinement. What works is captured. What doesn’t is improved.

DESIGNED TO SCALE WITH INTEGRITY

Because this model is built from within, it grows differently. Not rushed. Not forced. But aligned. This ensures that as it expands, the quality of support remains deeply intact.

And now, with a proven foundation and a model actively being refined…

We are ready to expand

This Is Just the Beginning

What’s being built today has the potential to support many more tomorrow.

This pilot is only the first step.

What is being created here has the potential to grow into something far greater — expanding into additional homes, supporting more individuals, and continuing to refine a model rooted in structure, compassion, and real-world experience.

But growth alone is not the goal.

The goal is to build something that works — something that lasts — and something that truly supports individuals in becoming independent, confident, and connected in their lives.

With the right foundation, this model can extend far beyond a single home.

It can become a trusted pathway — one that individuals and families can rely on, and one that continues to evolve with the people it serves.

A more supportive future is possible — and we’re building it together.
